IRP is an integrated solution used by all SOC line analysts to coordinate and automate cyber incident response. The platform enables companies to manage the incident life cycle, coordinate response efforts, and obtain all related information through a centralized portal. The solution also helps to reduce incident response time
Optimize incident management
The platform consolidates alerts and notifications from various systems and optimizes the flow of incidents through throttling and aggregation. This allows you to focus on critical incidents, reducing response time and improving overall incident management efficiency
Automate operations and orchestrate tasks
With the process management capabilities, the platform can automate all recurring incident response operations (e.g., assign tasks, run pre-configured response actions), and optimize the incident resolution process. This saves time and ensures a consistent response procedure
Coordinate SOC actions
The solution enables SOC teams to accelerate decision-making, streamline response, and keep the affected parties informed throughout the entire incident life cycle
Generate crystal clear graphic reports
Interactive dashboard with visualizations for performance indicators pertaining to specific working processes automated by IRP. It helps security specialists better understand the threat landscape and prioritize preventive measures

Manage threat detection alerts
IRP receives a stream of alerts from multiple detection systems (e.g., SIEM, EDR), optimizes (throttling, aggregation), and visualizes it through a convenient interface for further processing by analysts
Manage cases and tasks
Design incident and task cards, employ collaboration tools, take advantage of a centralized task/incident database
Manage workflows
Design any workflows (vulnerability management, incident management, task management) and control the process quality metrics
Manage knowledge
Maintain a centralized knowledge base directly in IRP. Provide users with information from the knowledge base across IRP
Manage assets
Populate your asset base manually or automatically (from the systems integrated with IRP). Provide access to information about assets from across IRP. Link assets to relevant incidents and tasks
Visualize and report
Interactive dashboard with visualizations for performance indicators pertaining to specific working processes automated by IRP. Automated reporting
Manage response and enrichment scenarios
A database of response scenarios to run on-demand, based on set triggers. A visual toolset for designing complex scenarios. You can automate the input of incident cards based on available scenarios and also automate the enrichment of incident/alert cards with data from external systems
How it works
IRP contains two modules:

SOC Portal
A solution for contributions from external partners. Receive and register incident notifications, provide and inquire additional data
